HP ENVY Photo 7858 All-in-One Printer

My HP ENVY Photo 7858 printer is stuck with the HP logo on the screen when I turn it on. I have no WiFi or other screen options to choose from. Has anyone had this issue? If so, how did you resolve the issue?

Hi @Rmm61,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for posting your query! We're here to help you get back up and running.

I understand the printer is not responding and stuck at HP LoGo. Here are a few things you can try:

Perform a Hard Reset:

  • Unplug the power cord from the printer and wait for about 60 seconds.
  • Press and hold the power button on the printer for at least 30 seconds to discharge any residual power.
  • Plug the power cord back into the printer and turn it on.

Update Firmware (if possible):

  • If you have access to a computer with internet connectivity, you may be able to update the printer's firmware using the HP Smart app or HP Easy Start software.
  • Connect the printer to your computer using a USB cable and follow the instructions to update the firmware.
