I am trying to print  a 4 x 6 photo from my android to my printer. I selected the 4 x 6 size but all I got was a head. Help please. What size or sizes do I select.  I tried to just let it print but it says wrong s

Which app do you use to print ? Please use the following steps fpr HP Smart app

(a) Touch HP Smart app,

(b) Select Photo from your phone,

(c) Touch Print,

(d) After few seconds, touch Settings (from 3 dots at the top right corner),

(e) Select Paper  then Select Paper size  (or touch Auto detect), You can use Advance to get more options.

(f) Now touch Print.
