I just opened my gmail account in Firefox - and cannot reproduce your issue.

That said, if you are using Windows Mail to open your gmail account,

then - yes - Windows Mail is broken.

The printer is fine.

Use a different mail application to print emails.

What?  It's not "just you".

Windows Mail has fallen into the abyss (app is broken).

Check at Microsoft Community - We do not have a fix for Windows Mail.

Example

Mail App prints very small in one corner of page

Printer  Home Page - References and Resources – Learn about your Printer  - Solve Problems

 “Things that are your printer”

NOTE:  Content depends on device type and Operating System

Categories:  Alerts, Access to the Print and Scan Doctor (Windows), Warranty Check, HP Drivers / Software / Firmware Updates, How-to Videos, Bulletins/Notices, Lots of How-to Documents, Troubleshooting, User Guides / Manuals, Product Information (Specifications), more
