Printed an invitation. Reinserted to print on back side, and didn't realize ink was not dry. Now getting 2 dark smudges on everything I print. I opened printer and found some rollers and cleaned, but did not help. Where are the rollers to clean them?

Welcome to the HP Support Community.
Let's perform a clean ink smear diagnosis:
-
Load plain white paper in the input tray.
-
On the printer control panel, swipe down to open the Dashboard, and then touch the Setup
icon.
-
Swipe up on the display, touch Printer Maintenance, and then touch Clean Smear.
The printer feeds one page slowly. The printer might make some noise for approximately one minute.
-
Wait until the page is out of the printer before you remove it.
After cleaning ink smears, try to print.
