I am getting the message that the ink service module is full, and the printer now won't print. I cannot find the part nor where to buy one. Who know where to get the ink service module for the HP Officejet 100 Mobile Printer L411a? One website had a link that supposedly took you to the site where you could buy the part, but that didn't work out. This part seems to be very elusive! I have literally spent hours trying to locate a source for the ink service module. This is really frustrating! I need to print some documents, but my printer and I are dead in the water right now.
Can anyone help? Can you provide a link that works for making the purchase?
Thank you!

The link @sabretooth04 gave above has the part number for the Ink Service Module, CN551-67031. A Google search turns up a number of suppliers. The first few I checked seem to have inventory in stock.
Personally, I would be tempted to remove the unit and wash it in a bucket of soapy water (rather than a sink where it may stain), then replace it in the printer and reset the counter as shown in the document referenced above.

I am in the same predicament, recently I am getting the "Service Module almost full' notification. I bought this printer not to long ago from Staples and when I purchased it no one mentioned that I would need any addition parts other then ink (yes, I did ask).
I saw yr message about taking it out and washing it, the problem is you did not provide any instructions on how to do it, plus what are the risks, are there risks or not?
Do you leave it out to dry on it own, what exactly does 'wash it out in a bucket' entail?
I would like to buy a new one for my office jet 150 but I too am using google which is producing a million results but none that help me, all I want is to find a store located in Toronto Ontario Canada or hrough a trusted online store that I can purchase it from.
Does anyone know where to PURCHASE these products? or how to properly clean, maintain this style of printer?
Thank you

I followed the instructions on the previous posts and was able to successfully correct the link service module error.
Follow the steps in this link to remove and replace the module and reset the counter https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c01462596.
After removing the module, soak it in a hot soapy water solution (I used Dawn dishwashing soap) for about an hour in a small disposable plastic container. Rinse out the module and soak it again in a fresh solution of soap and water. Keep repeating these steps until the module rinses clean. Let the module air dry completely overnight.
The model is made of molded plastic and contains no electronic components. I was able to get my printer working perfectly again after performing this simple fix.
Hope this info is helpful.
