What they replied to me is this:
I'm sorry that only after 5 years, there are no more spare parts for my printer ..
They also offered me a used printer as a replacement for € 189 !!!
I have no words.

Unfortunately since it's an older model it's true parts might not be available so they will offer an upgrade for a charge
