When I click the Maintenance > Services shortcut on the OSD,  I'm presented with three level's of access:

1. User Access Code

2. Administrator Access Code

3. Service Access Code

Using the default passcode 11052715 for this machine seems to ONLY work for the 3rd option (Service Access Code) which didn't provide much info. What are the defaults for the other two? Are they also suppose to be 11052715?

I'm trying to find the counter/usage status of the components to see if any need to be repaired or replaced. A lot of times when scanning documents in the ADF, it makes a lot of weird noises and we are noticing more frequent jams.

These are a few of the errors reported in the Event log:

Event 13.B2.D2 - Misfeed jam, from tray 2

Event 31.03.32 - Document feeder deskew motor stall

Event 13.B9.D2 - Late to fuser jam, from tray 2

Event 13.B2.D3 - Late to registration jam, from tray 3

We have had this printer for about 3 to 4 years now, and we are a tax office, so we scan/print many documents using this printer. Is there something I could try cleaning, or do I need to purchase a maintenance kit?

I've provided two pictures of the Event log ,

Not sure why this event log only goes back to 11/1/2021? I know I seen another event log that went back to March 2021.

Typically a maintenance kit will include a fuser, transfer roller, and a varying number of tray rollers.  KIts rarely include the rollers for the MP tray (the one that drops out of the front door and used for envelops and such.

Your printer has 220,000 pages on it. This is around the point where a fuser is getting close to end of life and feed rollers are probably worn out. HP does not make an OEM kit for this model so you either need to purchase a refurbished kit or purchase individual parts.

Thank you for the reply!

Do maintenance kits generally include the fuser and feed rollers, or are there different types of kits depending on what part of the printer you are servicing? I just want to make sure I search for the correct kit or parts so I can make sure I get these items you stated are likely wore out.
