I ran out of color ink 3 days ago and still have not received ink. I checked my account. It says that the "next estimated shipment" is in a week. I thought the whole thing about instant ink was that I was supposed to get the ink before I needed it. Well, I need it! I have tried to contact HP Instant Ink, but there doesn't seem to be a simple way to do that. I have been subscribed for almost 2 years now, and never ran into any problems like this. Has anyone ever experienced this, and found a way to let HP Instant Ink know?

I understand the ink levels are low on your printer and you are in need of replacement ink cartridges.
Also, I understand your concern and situation, but not to worry I'll try to help you out.
Did you make any changes to your printer?
By not wasting much of your time. Please share out few details in a private message, so I can check your account details and initiate an order to ship you the replacement ink cartridges.

Serial Number of the printer
Instant ink Email Address
Instant Ink Account Number
Address to ship the cartridge
Do you need black or colour ink cartridges?

Please try the steps mentioned below to send us a private message.
Login into the HP forums page.
On the top right corner click on the mail icon.
Click on compose message.
In the send to field type MrRobot and select the highlighted name from the list.
Type the content and subject lastly click on send message.
Also, refer the image attached below to know how to send a private message in HP forums.
