Hi, I was wondering if anyone had the same issue with me. I've attached photos from both windows & mac. Before getting to the point I wanted to say I have both HP Smart on both mac and windows. The Windows is placed in my office & my mac I use for everything. Can anyone tell me why when I use a mac I do not get the option for media & quality on my mac because I want to print on 110gm & 176gm cardstock for both personal and work-related purposes and I seriously can't even figure it out. I have been trying for 2 hours. I hate windows & prefer a mac. At home I have a brother printer which I also need to figure out how to set the paper type to a cardstock. I'm hoping someone can help me out & reply to this. Thanks in advance.
I don't see the option for paper type

Hi,
Open the HP Smart app on your mac and click the printer picture.
Click on Paper and Tray Management of shown, else on Advanced Settings, then from the Settings tab select Preferences and there you will see the tray settings.
Set the required media size and type and then try printing.
