Where to source a reliable replacement print head for my HP Officejet 7720 wide format printer ?

I am trying to find a replacement print head for my Officejet Pro 7720 wide format printer. There are numerous options available from many different suppliers. On Amazon virtually every option has terrible reviews, strangely the same products on Ebay seem to have fairly reasonable reviews. As you know ,reviews nowadays are often fake anyway.

Surely there are at least one or two products out there that actually do what they are supposed to ? Please, Please, does anyone have a successful experience for this challenge ? I would love to keep using my otherwise great printer and this should be a technically simple task, if only I could find a product which is not going to let me down ! The product does not seem to be available on HP parts store. (Apologies if I am wrong ! If so could you let me know where to find it please ?)
