I would like to purchase a colour, non-laser, All-In-One (print, scan & copy) printer (inkjet, deskjet or officejet) that is fully compatible with the HP Smart app. I need a list of what models these would be.

Availability depends on your Operating System and version, the printer model (your question) and availability of a supported printer for your region (location on the planet).

Compatibility is important - as important are the features you want and need on a printer.  Printers are NOT created equal.  Budget printers provide fewer options and features and are manufactured with the casual user in mind.  Higher end printers provide options and features that might be appreciated by those who print PDF documents, a variety of images, charts, specialty documents and who use different paper sizes and media types (kind of paper).  Regardless of brand, printers fall into the "you get what you pay for" category.

What to do?  Read the descriptions and specifications at the sale site for any printer in which you have an interest.  Before deciding, find and read the User Guide - at the least, scan through the table of contents and consider reading the about the features most important to you.  Read the Specifications sheet, too.  For example, if you like to print on a specific size of paper, it is best to know ahead of time that the printer supports that size or that it supports custom paper size forms.  If you need to scan legal size documents, make sure the printer supports the paper size you are using AND that the printer supports the paper in the ADF (Automatic Document Feeder).
