When I print a photo I get a white unprinted band across the photo, with only a narrow strip of the photo above and below it. This occurs with A4 and 6x4 photo paper and with both of my two printers (Canon Pixma MG5350 and Canon MG3600).

Hi,

generally, please contact your printer manufacturer for help, this community deals with HP printer issues:

Anyway, I do suggest checking for the latest Windows updates (also optional updates) which might be related, there are some ongoing issues with Windows 10 at least:
