HP ENVY 5010 All-in-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 11

Hi there,

I have a HPEnvy 5010 which prints borderless photos. I can print any size borderless in black or colour apart from A4 size.

I can print A4 borderless in grayscale but not in colour without a white border at the bottom.
Every time I print in colour I get a white border at the bottom of the photo. Only at the bottom. The photo seems to get pushed up by about 1 cm up the page which creates the border.

I have uninstalled and installed again the software and drivers, twice, with no change.
The issue occurs  on my laptop, iPad and iPhone which makes me think it’s a software/driver issue from HP.
I have printed over 30 photos in the last 24 hours with different settings to try to understand and fix the issue but with no avail.
Any idea on how to fix this?
