Have an older C6380.
After each print demand , printer askes to be turnedoff/turned on then will work for another demand..,..& so on.
Error message is 0xc19a0021
Warranty expired July 2015

How does one detect what Driver Ver IS installed?
Is this just beyond repair?

The troubleshooting steps in the document here may help resolve the 0xc190021 error on your Photosmart c6380 printer.
The error likely has nothing to do with the driver, it would likely occur even if using the Copy function from the front panel.

Thanks for reply..
The error does NOT occur when using the manual copy button... btw each copy... the system stays alive and does not ask for a turnoff/turnon sequence.
That indicates to me it is in the online Print mechanism... right?
Where does one take a printer in for repair?
OR...is it time to replace my 5 year old printer?
