Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a locally connect printer via a cable. I simply just want to print to said printer, why the hell am I being presented with a HP eprint and jetadvantage window which seemingly wants me to print over wifi or cloud ?????????

 

How in the heck am I supposed print to my local printer ? I dont want use "eprint or jet advantage" I zero interest in these.
