Hi,
This is a limitation of the hardware, lower-end printers have a limited printable area and have some bottom margins higher than any other margins, it does not support full-page printing (Borderless).
You may find its Specifications below, the Minimum bottom margin must match or exceed 12.7 mm (1.27cm):

This is a limitation of the hardware, as written by its specs, the bottom 12.7mm cannot be printed by the hardware.
You must change your document settings so the bottom borders will match or exceed 12.7mm, then it will be printed.
