Hi @Cikko,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
If your HP Envy 6032e printer is stuck with a solid white light and does not finish booting, there are a few troubleshooting steps you can try.
Power Cycle:
- Turn off the printer and unplug it from the power source.
- Wait for about 1-2 minutes.
- Plug it back in and turn it on.
Check for Obstructions:
- Ensure there are no obstructions or paper jams in the printer.
- Open the printer cover and check for any foreign objects.
Reset the Printer:
- Locate the reset button on your printer. It's usually a small hole.
- Use a paperclip or a similar tool to press and hold the reset button for about 10 seconds.
- Release the reset button and check if the printer starts up normally.
Update Firmware:
- Check if there's a firmware update available for your printer on the HP website.
- If an update is available, follow the instructions to update the firmware.
Connectivity Issues:
- Ensure that the printer is connected to the correct network.
- Check the Wi-Fi or wired connection settings on the printer.
Factory Reset:
- As a last resort, you may consider performing a factory reset on the printer. Keep in mind that this will erase all settings.
- Refer to your printer's manual or the HP website for instructions on how to perform a factory reset.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
