Everytime I try to print a 4x6 photo it prints 4x5.25. The other photo sizes print pretty close to the size they are supposed to be. None of my 4x6 photos will fit into the 4x6 frames I bought. I can not find anything to customize the settings to print correctly. TIA-Marki

Hi MM.
If the original image is from a digital camera, it's likely in a 3x4 ratio. 4x5.25 is also close to a 3x4 ratio, so I suspect your printing software is simply enlarging the squarish original image. (You can see this by dividing the two sides: 3/4 = 0.75 and 4/5.25 = 0.76.)
When you choose the 4x6 Quick Prints project in HP Photo Creations, it will crop the top and bottom of the image to make it fit a 4x6 sheet of paper.
If you'd like to control what gets cropped (perhaps an important part of the image is near the top edge), I recommend the Collage Prints project instead:
- Choose a Design Your Own collage print and add your photo to HP Photo Creations.
- Drag the photo toward the edge of the layout until you see the green border appear, then release. The photo will expand to fill the page.
- Drag the pan control up or down to reveal the part you want.
Here's a step-by-step tutorial on adding photos to HP Photo Creations:

Hope this helps,
