Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8139e All-in-One Printer
Operating System: macOS 12.0 Monterey

I have a service order number and when I check it, it says to contact HP-I should get it by 5/15 and this has been an issue since at least 5/1.   I cannot get this stupid printer replaced as it has an error and tech support could not get it fixed.  I JUST WANT THE REPLACEMENT.
