Hello,
I am not sure what is happenning but my Officejet Pro 8710 is not allowing anyhthing to print via WiFi. I am unable to print from laptop or iPhone.
The WiFi signal has a solid light. I have gone into WiFi Settings and even attempted to use the set up wizard but it states that WiFi is already turned on/set up??
I have even attempted to use the HP assistant to detect the problem but it says I have a WiFi issue.
Do you have any idea why this might be happening? If so, any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Please download an run the following tool:
http://ftp.hp.com/pub/printers/hppsdr/HPPSdr.exe
It may fix the problem for you. If not, post back full error message(s).

Hi,
Please touch the wifi symbol on your printer. Is it coeected to the SAME Network name (or SSID) with your computer ?
