We have an hp envy 7855 printer. Right now, it can see my wireless network, but it is showing that there is no password to that network, even though my network has a password to connect to. The printer will not allow me to adjust the settings for connecting to that WiFi network. As a result, every time the printer tries to connect to my WiFi network, it cannot connect because the printer is not passing any password to the network to try and connect. I need to reset the settings on the printer for solely my home WiFi network to adjust and list the right password. If I try to “Reset Network Settings” this does not fix the problem, as it still thinks my WiFi network has no password. How do I completely reset those settings on the printer?
