Product: HP Officejet 4630
Operating System: macOS 10.13 High Sierra

Hi, I have an Officejet 4630 which has run out of color ink.  I mainly want to print in black and white so I wouild like to know if it is possible to print just in black with the color cartridge empty or removed.

 

I have read that some printers will work fine with one ink cartridge removed.

The 4630 is able to print with one cartridge installed.
