Hi @AdaleeNyx,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

I'd like to help!

Let's run a wireless test to test if the hardware is functioning:

  • From the Home screen on the printer control panel, swipe until the Setup menu displays.
  • Touch the Setup icon to open the menu.
  • Scroll to and select Self Diagnostics.
  • Select Run Wireless Test to start the test.
  • The printer prints a test page that shows test results.
  • Share the results here

If the Wireless is working correctly, try restoring the printer to its factory defaults.

Note: Restoring the factory-set defaults returns all of the printer and network settings to the factory defaults. It will not reset the page count or tray size.

  • From the Home screen on the printer control panel, swipe until the Setup menu displays.
  • Touch the Setup icon to open the menu.
  • Scroll to and select the Service menu.
  • Scroll to and select Restore Defaults, and then touch OK.
  • The printer automatically restarts.
  • Try to enable the Wireless radio.

Let me know if this information helps.
