Hi @Sandro25

Welcome to the HP Support Community! We're here to help you get back up and running.

Thanks for sharing that—seeing the solid blue wireless light but not getting any prints is such a head-scratcher.

Let’s walk through a few steps to get your printer and laptop talking again:

🛠️ Step-by-Step Fix

Restart Everything

  • Power off the printer, unplug it for 60 seconds, then plug it back in and turn it on.
  • Restart your laptop and your Wi-Fi router too—this helps refresh all connections.

Check Printer Status on Your Laptop

  • Go to Settings > Bluetooth & devices > Printers & scanners
  • Select your HP Envy 6155e and click Open Print Queue
  • Cancel any stuck print jobs and make sure the printer isn’t paused or set to offline

Run Diagnose & Fix in HP Smart App

  • Open the HP Smart app on your laptop
  • Click on Printer Settings > Diagnose & Fix
  • This tool checks for common issues and can often resolve them automatically

Re-add the Printer

  • In Printers & scanners, remove the printer
  • Click Add device and let Windows detect it again
  • If it doesn’t show up, click Add manually and select it from the list

Try a Test Print

  • Open a simple document and try printing again
  • If it still doesn’t work, try printing from your phone using the HP Smart app to rule out a laptop-specific issue

Let me know how it goes—if it’s still being stubborn, I’ll help you dig deeper. We’ll get that printer back on duty! 😊
