I'm having same problem. It would have been nice if answer would have just been posted instead of messaging. Can I get the message as well? Have spent many hours working with this. Initially set up as usb but not able to print through the network so then tried doing wireless with software in the tools where it says to switch from usb to wireless did not work. Tried to reset to factory settings. That didn't work either. Getting to the point of just returning the printer to store.

Using printer Officejet Pro 8725.
For those with the original problem of "Wireless feature has been disabled". Solution is Reset to factory settings. Press back arrow 4 times. Support menu comes up. Press okay. Go through menus to find factory reset.
Solution to not being able to print when using remote desktop (communication was there but printing illegibly). I had to change the drivers to using HP Officejet Pro 8600 on both machines. The documents then printed fine (no illegible print). I found solution from another site.

Ok. I found how to reset with the back arrow hitting it 4 times. I was able to reset and connect wirelessly. But now I'm still having a problem; I thought it was because it was connected with usb and running through the network but that isn't the problem.
So the initial problem I am having is that when I remote desktop to another computer and I try to print to the new printer it comes out with smeared print of which nothing is legible. I am able to print fine with the computer that I am using when I don't remote desktop. And as you see when I am remote desktopping I am able to get something to print; so there is communication but it isn't printing correctly.
I have installed the drivers/software on the computer I am remote desktopping to as well.
I have done this in the past and I have not had any problem whatsoever.
I am desparately in need of an answer quickly.
Thank you for your help.
