I tried the same steps as indicated in the youtube video but after I delete the USB printer and try to add the one with Bonjour I don't see any except the one that is USB. How can I check to make sure Bonjour is installed and active. I am running Mac OS 10.6.8

I am trying to install the same printer as well. I went through all the steps as indicated and when I go to select the printer attached to Bonjour I only see the USB version. I logged into the router and I see the printer is attached to the router. Do you think the router is causing my mishap?

rroll, I have been trying for a few weeks to get the 1102w to work with a macbook pro and an ipad..and with the eprint facility..on advice from hp I upgraded my operating system from snow leopard to lion...and it worked for an hour and then stopped. Hp do not have a solution to the issue...I think that they do not want to admit that this printer does not do what they say it will. I have spent days on this.
I now have other issues as a result of upgrading to Lion but that of course is another matter.
My complaint has been registered with hp and I asked them to get back to me with a written proposal as to solve my problem by today...I suggested that they get me a printer that does what it is supposed to do with a reasonable supply of ink, but they have not done so...I am therefore going to throw my new printer away and let the world know how badly I feel about this state of affairs by filming the disposal and posting it on the web and advising which computer magazine of the whole sorry tale..it goes back over a month now. If anyone from HP is interested the case ref is cw 8056873787 and the gentleman handling (supposedly) is Carlo.

Thank you so much! At least this saves me valuable time! I bought this printer with an extended warranty. If there isn't a solution, I may return it for another brand. I just hate I bought an expensive refill cartridge for it already!
