Microsoft Windows 11

I have owned the printer for a few years and very pleased with the quality of print however it recently stopped printing A3 size colour prints but prints A4 OK.

After downloading the latest drivers and still no colour.

I switched to my old Windows 10 machine and still no A3 Colour prints.

I downloaded the latest HP Smart drivers and that didn't help.

As a last resort I tried printing using my Android 9 mobile phone HP App and this worked and I was able to print Colour perfectly in A3.

Any ideas what I should do to fix the Windows 11 option

Many Thanks

Denis
