Receiving this error message when trying to print: a problem has occurred with your HP account and you will be unable to print until it's resolved. I don't see any issues with my account besides my warranty has expired.

May i know if you have HP Instant Ink account?
In the meantime try these steps.
Reset the Printer
- Turn off the printer, unplug it from the power source, wait for about 60 seconds, then plug it back in and turn it on. This can sometimes resolve temporary issues.
Sign Out and Sign Back In
- Open the HP Smart app on your device.
- Sign out of your HP account and then sign back in. This can refresh your account status.
Uninstall and Reinstall HP Smart App
