Hi @Cinders4,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

It sounds like you've already done some troubleshooting steps, which is great. Here are a few more things to try for your HP LaserJet M110we printer showing a jam error.

Check all areas for jammed paper: Even small shreds of paper can cause the jam error. Make sure to check:

  • Paper input tray.
  • Toner cartridge area.
  • Rear access door.
  • Output tray.

Clear any visible paper: If you do find any paper stuck, carefully remove it. Be gentle to avoid tearing the paper.

Reset the printer: Turn off the printer, unplug it from the power source, and leave it unplugged for a few minutes. Then plug it back in and turn it on. This can sometimes reset the printer's internal sensors.

Check for foreign objects: Sometimes objects like paper clips or debris can get into the printer and cause jams. Look carefully inside the printer for any such objects and remove them.

Inspect the rollers: Printer rollers can accumulate dust and debris over time, leading to jams. Gently clean the rollers with a lint-free cloth dampened with water. Avoid using alcohol or other harsh chemicals.

Update printer firmware: If none of the above steps work, it might be a good idea to update the printer's firmware. HP often releases firmware updates to address issues like these. You can usually find firmware updates on the HP support website.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
