Instead of a lesson, how about some help?? There are a dozen people on this thread with the same issue and no posted answer. Just bot replies with restart everything and reload everything. It was all done. Something else is incorrect.
You need a lesson on how to reply to a problem. None of us are interested in a manners lesson from you.
If we received the proper reply and tech support no one would complain.

I had the same issue. Turns out the issue is due to not having admin privileges to my temp folder. Instead of stealing this person's answer, let me link you to it. CLH42 is the person with the you should read the answer to.
