Won't print the blues and yellows...brand new instant ink cartridges, not clogged, etc...

Printer continues to not print the blues and yellows. I've tried all of the suggested maintenance steps. I've also inserted brand new cartridges today. Still severely streaking the blues and yellows. Everything else prints perfectly.  I've cleaned the printheads, aligned it, and every other thing these HP virtual assistants recommend.  Anyone else have any ideas of how to fix it? There are NO printer service centers around me at all. I'm about to throw this piece of crap in the trash...sad, only a year and a half old. 😞 HP Printing Issues
