Hello @Snowr23, and welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for posting your question. I'm here to help you get things back on track.

I understand your HP printer says everything is working properly, but it still won’t print. Let’s walk through a few steps to get things working again:

Check Printer Status

  • Make sure the printer is turned on, connected to your computer or network, and not in an error state (like blinking lights or error messages).
  • If it's a wireless printer, ensure it's connected to the correct Wi-Fi network.

Set the Correct Printer as Default

  • On Windows:
    1. Press Windows + R, type control printers, and press Enter.
    2. Right-click your HP printer and select Set as default printer.
    3. Make sure it’s not listed as “Offline” or “Paused”.

Clear the Print Queue

  • Open the same Devices and Printers window.
  • Double-click your printer icon.
  • Cancel all pending print jobs.

Reinstall the Printer Driver

  • Go to HP support site and download the latest driver for your printer model: Official HP® Support
  • Uninstall the current printer from Devices and Printers, then reinstall using the downloaded driver.

Try a Test Print

  • Open Notepad, type a few words, and try printing from there.
  • This helps confirm if the issue is with the printer or a specific app.

I hope the information shared has been useful and resolves your concern.

Wishing you a smooth and hassle-free experience ahead!
