Followed the procedures to remove my HP drivers from "Print Server Properties" but system will not remove two drivers saying, "The following package(s) can not be deleted: hpzead2a4_x64.inf (x64)
This package contains the following driver(s) that are in use:
HP ColorLaserJet MFP M278-M281 PCL-6 (V4); This driver is used on:
NPI04A3DF (HP Color LaserJet MFP M281fdw)"
From this forum I downloaded the recommended Microsoft software to fix a corrupt driver but the driver did not appear and so it did not work.
Can you help?

Hi,
Open Notepad from your PC and click File > Print.
Review the shown printers, I believe you should see an NPI04A3DF (HP Color LaserJet MFP M281fdw) printer listed there.
Right-click it and select Delete.
Restart your PC and now try to remove it from the Print Server Properties again.
