My Envy printer has full cartridges, will print black and colour from the iPad, and from the laptop using Office Publisher, but will not print colour from a Word document on the laptop. Looking at properties it should be printing colour. Help!

Hello, @MaryGL53 – Hope you are well 🙂
Thank you for becoming an HP Forum member. It is a dynamite location to get help from the community, get suggestions and find what has worked for others.
I understand you are having issues while printing color from MS Word. I would suggest the following steps:
- In Word, click on "File" - "Options".
- Click on "Display" - Select the box which says "Print background colors and images".
- Click Ok to save the settings and then try to print.
Please let me know if this resolves the issue, or if you require further assistance.
Cheers 🙂
