Hello everyone I have a problem. I just signed up for instant ink but they sent me the wrong ink cartridges. What do I do? I could not find a cs number or email.

I'd like to assist you today with this cartridge installation issue.

 

• What is the number on the ink that you received?

 

Instant Ink cartridges are larger than non Instant Ink (retail) cartridges so they may appear to be too large for your printer. However, Instant Ink cartridges actually fit in your printer in the same way.

I also was sent the wrong ink! Thought they knew what printer you had as you connect it online. Also they are saying I've only printed 10 sheets. Which I have printed more. I'm paying for the inks I don't receive. Then they send wrong one

You cannot jam a over sized ink cartridges in your printer. Mine is half the size that you sent. Bloody con

What is your HP printer model number?  What are the cartridge numbers your have in the printer now?  What are the cartridge numbers you received?   Did you watch the video above?

Got it. The picture above is like mine. Small cartridges came with printer. Large came in post.

 

REMEMBER: The FAT end of the cartridge goes in first.
