Help please, I recently bought an Envy 5010 and i love it BUT it does have a really weird problem which I'm hoping you guys can help me solve.
If I am trying to print multiples of a document in Landscape, it will print the alternate copy in Portrait which makes every other copy useless. So for example, if i want to print 20 copies of a newsletter I actually have to print 40 copies & throw the 20 printed as portrait away, Its such a wast of paper & ink or press the quick print button 20 times.
Any ideas ????
Thanks in advance 🙂

@Issya, welcome to HP Support Community!
Try the following steps-
Click on Start>>Control Panel>>Printers. Then Right Click on the printer icon>>Click on Properties>>Click on Advanced tab>>Select Print directly to the printer>>Click on Apply>>OK
If the issue persists, you can try a complete root uninstallation and reinstallation of the printer drivers.
- In Windows, search for and open Programs and features
- Select your HP Printer
- Select Uninstall
- In Windows, search for and open Devices and printers
- In the Devices and Printers windows look for your HP printer. If you see it listed right-click on it and choose ‘Delete’ or ‘Remove Device’
- Open up the run command with the “Windows key + R” key combo.
- Type printui.exe /s and click Ok. (Note: there is a space in between “printui.exe” and “/s”)
- Click on the “Drivers” tab
- Look for HP Printer driver. If you see it Click on it and click Remove at the bottom
- Select Ok
- Select Apply and Ok on the Print Server Properties windows
- Close Devices and Printers.
You can download and install the latest printer software from here.
Let me know if this helps.
Cheers 🙂
