YELLOW INK NOT COMING ON INK TANK wIRELESS 410

color prints on my HP ink tank wireless 410 are all wrong because the yellow ink is not coming through. 

I have tried all possible cleaning actions including :
- clean printer heads through HP Smart

- clean ink smear through HP smart

- clean cartridges

unfortunately my test prints still show no yellow. 

Please help me fix this

I understand you are facing a cartridge error.

If you have already performed the steps from the document Black Ink Not Printing and Other Print Quality Issues and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.
