Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Hello, i was having error problems on my printer like error 2 and yellow triangle showing on printer LCD panel. I then procedeed to install the printer on my windows 7 64bit pc and installed well but gave a connection problem in the end. I couldnt print after the installation and got yellow exclamation mark next to the printer icon in 'devices and printers' in control panel.

Later i got my printer fixed by a technician and there were no errors on printer LCD panel anymore. I then connected the printer to the pc and i can now print on it without any problems. But the yellow exclamation mark is still there on my printer icon in 'devices and printers'. Should i worry about this since im having absolutely no problems in printing?

Hi @guy36,

I'd like to help!

To assist better-

  1. Could you share an image of the printer with the error icon?
  2. When you hover your mouse on the printer does it show you any error messages?

Let me know!
