HP OfficeJet Pro 9015e All-in-One Printer

For the past three months, my color printouts look terrible. The color prints are dark, yellows are brown, there are streaks and the alignment page won't even print effectively so the scanner can scan it. I've cleaned and aligned (tried) the printheads, HP InstaInk provides the ink - I pay $6/mo for terrible prints.  I bought my printer 2 1/2 years ago, so my warranty/support is expired.  I've only received 1 set of cartridges (which replaced the starter set) in the past 2 1/2 years... so $300 for the printer and $150 in 'ink cartridges' - and now the printer won't print a usable page - is TERRIBLY expensive for home use ( < 50 pages / mo).  I have to take all my color printing to FedEx/Kinkos!

 

Does anyone know what might help?  I've heard the printhead might need replaced - I bet this printer doesn't have 500 pages on it.  Really?  Is there a way to force getting new cartridges - not that I'm very confident this would help, but hope?
