urgente! buongiorno, vorrei un informazione.

ho una stampante hp 3232 e un computer hp convertible x360. 

Possiedo un abbonamento instant ink, io sono residente in svizzera, adesso ho portato la stampante e computer con me  in Italia, ma non stampa completamente, come potrei fare a risolvere? è possibile che l'abbonamento non permette il funzionamento all'estero?
