I am buying my father in law a printer who lives out of town and want to set up inkjet program and be billed to me. I already have an inkjet program set up for myself in our home. Is this possible?

Hi, Yes, when you log into your instant ink dashboard you'll see an icon for "enrol another printer". If you click that you should be able to be enrol your dads printer using your billing details but use his address for delivery.

I have his printer set up, but when I go to that one, and enter his mailing address, it also changes the one I have for mine. Just checking but I should be able to pay for both and ship his cartridges to him and mine to myself correct? If needed, I can contact HP support when open

thanks

It should be possible but if you're having probelms, I would contact instant ink support for confirmation. It may require a new/seperate HP connected account to achieve what you want.
