i have had the same issue with hp all in one i have two printer heads on two of my printers will never purchase another one they replaced my printer but the ink jetsi received wasnt compatible so i am throwing them in the tip

Ink system failure oxc19a0020 also turn printer off and on done a hard reset but never worked put new ink cartridges in still same problem cleaned print head still problems led screen won't go back to menu just had enough over this this item has to many faults

i bought a epson my friend has one and she saids its brilliant dont get me wrong i like hp as i have a hp all in one and i love it but the printers suck big time hp are awesome when it comes to trouble shooting they fixed my computer its running like a charm but the printer isnt hp products are awesome but the printer is crap

didnt work i have two near new ones no lcd screen just error on screen it wont go back to the original screen it was working before i put the inkjets in but its stuck on error any help would be appreciated

Briefly looking through the forums for that error message, it seems to be a 'non user servicable error' requiring new printer head or worse.

 

Sounds like you're in the same boat the rest of us are in. A poorly designed product.

Your so right there two near new hp photo smart printers going to tip the printer head would cost more than a new printer I went and bought a Canon
