Product: HP DESKJET 3635

all the lights as well as the display is blinking at the same frequency and cant establish a two way connection with  the desktop even. the printer is now useless. I'm out of warranty

I reviewed your post and I understand that you are unable to print, and all the lights are blinking on the printer.
