Hi @CN2A81B0KM,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

If all the lights on your HP printer are blinking and the printer gets stuck after sending a print command, here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot and hopefully resolve the issue:

1. Power Cycle the Printer:

  • Turn off the printer and unplug it from the power source.
  • Wait for at least 60 seconds, then plug it back in and turn it on.

2. Check for Paper Jams:

  • Open all access panels and check for any paper jams. Even small bits of paper can cause the printer to malfunction.

3. Clear Print Queue:

  • On your PC, go to Settings > Devices > Printers & scanners.
  • Find your printer, click on it, and select Open queue. Cancel all pending jobs.

4. Update or Reinstall Drivers:

  • Visit the HP Support website and download the latest drivers for your printer. Install them to ensure you have the most recent version.

5. Reset Printer Settings:

  • Check the printer's manual for instructions on how to reset it to factory settings. This can help clear any persistent issues.

6. Check Connectivity:

  • Ensure that your printer is connected to the same network as your PC. If using Wi-Fi, try switching to a wired connection if possible.

7. Use HP Print and Scan Doctor:

  • Download and run the HP Print and Scan Doctor tool. It can automatically diagnose and fix many common printing issues.

8. Check for Firmware Updates:

  • Make sure your printer’s firmware is up to date. This can sometimes resolve bugs causing issues.

9. Look for Specific Error Codes:

  • Pay attention to any specific patterns of blinking lights, as they might indicate a specific error. Refer to the printer’s manual or HP’s support site for interpretations.

10. Consider Hardware Issues:

  • If nothing works, it may be a hardware issue. In this case, getting the printer serviced or replaced might be necessary.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
