Hello,

I'm contacting you because I recently purchased an HP Smart Tank 581 printer. When I first turned it on, all the lights flashed simultaneously, and the carriage didn't move, even after the recommended steps (reset, printhead installation, etc.).

I would like help with setup, if possible, or a warranty exchange (DOA—defective upon receipt). Below is my information:
