Hi MLROIC,

Ask IronBadger if he has any other advice.  He works for HP and posted the advice that I followed.  You'll find his post under this subject.   Reply to his post saying that you followed all the steps to install the new driver and are still having problems.  I'm sorry that I can't be of more help.

Re-installing the certificate on all my HP printers was the key.  But everything worked and now we can print again!

I have the issue where every print job gets paused. I have followed the steps from IronBadger on multiple devices (but not all devices in the organization) and still the same issue.  I tried to manually install via windows Spool and still, every print job is immediately paused.

Note that, in order for it to work, all HP software and drivers might require removal from your Mac computer.
