hp tango printer
iOS

Hi everyone

My new tango printer arrived this evening.  However, each photo I try and print out has some serious banding on the lower half of each one.

Has anyone else had this issue?

What did you do to fix it?

Thanks

@JoeyJelly, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

To assist you better, I'd like to know:

  • Which application are you trying to print from?
  • Have you tried printing different types of documents like PDF, Word, or Webpages and check if the issue persists?
  • What type and size of paper are you using?

Let us try these steps for now:

Update the printer firmware

Click here to know different methods of updating printer firmware.

Also, check for any software updates on the iOS device

Go to Settings > General > Update the software

Also, kindly perform steps 2, 8 and 7 respectively from this document - Black Ink Not Printing, Other Print Quality Issues

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.

Please click “Accept as Solution” if you feel my post solved your issue, it will help others find the solution.
