Please help - I have a Colour Laser 150mw printer and a sheet of labels got stuck inside it yesterday.

I followed the video instructions to remove the stuck labels however the sheet did break apart in a couple of places. Now when printing there are creases on the sheets which looks as though there is some residue from the labels stuck to the rollers.

This printer is in constant use for my small business - how can I quickly get this fixed/find someone who can open it up and remove any reside from the rollers if I can't do this myself?

The only solution is physically locating and removing the label remains. If you cannot do it yourself you need to find a local shop that can do it for you. Often when these type of jams happen bits get stuck to toner drums or the fuser.

Thanks - I managed to find someone to open it up and remove the bits still stuck to the roller, back in business now 🙂
