black cartridge doesn't work

i buy this printer a few months ago and every time we used, we need to change the black ink cartridge for one new, because don't work even show its full or halfway full, this it's very annoying. we have windows 11.

Perhaps the printer is not being used often enough ---

Printers are meant to be used -- not using the printer for long periods and having the printer shut off can let the ink dry out.
