Product: HP DeskJet 3630 All-in-One Printer

Hello, I have a deskjet 3630 printer, the ink says on printer and HP smart app says both colour and black ink are full, however it is not printing black ink. If I try dark grey it will print light grey/streaky but if I try black nothing at all comes out.

I have tried taking out and re inserting the ink cartridges, I have tried cleaning the printer heads multiple times through the app and also aligning them, I am not sure what else to try. Please help 😞

HP Recommended

Replace ink cartridge with new one. If the printer was unused for a longer period ink dries and you get blank pages printed out.
